Happiness in a Box

Subscription boxes…I love them! Before I owned Kiskadee, I subscribed to several different boxes. Once I owned a store, however, I found I was getting inundated with stuff. So, I decided to keep one because you know what? It makes me happy. I really look forward to getting it every season. The one I decided to keep was the Rachel Zoe Box of Style. Every season, a new box arrives with a wonderful assortment of goodies for just $99. I have never been disappointed with anything in one of these boxes. It’s a fun way to discover new brands, especially with personal care products. The most recent box arrived in December and everything in it was to die for. From the candle to the little diamond necklace, I loved everything. One way I use the box these days is to discover new brands or products that I can put in my store. A few years ago, I received a set of rings with tiny diamonds from a brand called La Soula. La Soula is a woman owned business which I always do my best to support. I really love my rings and wear them all of the time. They are so sweet and delicate and pretty much go with everything. My current favorite are these black diamond lightning bolt earrings.

Earrings, $198

This past December, I received a candle from Ethics Supply Co that I just love. I decided to place an order to see if my customers would enjoy it as much as I do. All candles are hand-poured in California using a coconut-apricot wax blend. They are cruelty free, lead free, and phthalate free. Their candles are adventure inspired and ethically made.

Candle, $38

Another line that I’m really excited about is called Tribe Alive. I received a simple and elegant black leather clutch in the Spring 2019 box. I love it so much, especially for the company’s backstory, that I’m bringing in the line for spring. More on that later, but for now, this clutch will be arriving soon!

Clutch, $98
