Courtyard Clearance

I wish I knew what year this is for the renewal of our Courtyard Clearance sale. Since we have been at the South Fairfax store for 14 years now, I’m thinking that this must be the 10th iteration. It’s a great way to start our countdown to the Sidewalk Sale on August 11.

Really, the Courtyard Clearance’s prices are just as good if not better than the Sidewalk Sale prices. We are kicking it off a little earlier this year and with a new category, gifts and accessories. My mom always had a “gift closet” when we were growing up. If she needed a last minute hostess gift or birthday present, she would head to the closet and it was full of items from which to pick. I feel like this is the perfect time to stock up on your “gift closet”... or maybe it is time to start one!

We have great items starting at $10, and the prices go up to $50. As long as mother nature cooperates, we will have the tables out in the courtyard. If it rains, we will set it up inside and, of course, if you are traveling we will have all the prices marked online.
