One of my favorite parts of running Boxwood is listening to the people who help make it all happen. Our team has such good taste and such good hearts, and I love hearing what they’re reaching for at home—which candle they’re lighting, which ribbon made them gasp a little, and which platter turned an ordinary supper into a moment. Seeing what delights them delights me, because it reminds me that beauty is meant to be shared.
All season long, they text me photos: a table set for neighbors, a tree that finally “clicked,” a tiny vignette on a mantel that sings at dusk. I save every picture. It feels like getting a postcard from inside the life we’re all building together—thoughtful, welcoming, and full of light.
