Meet Designer Hart Hagerty

We are so excited we could just burst! It is rare that we get to host a designer, in person, at our stores, and it’s especially rare to have one who we stalk daily on Instagram just to see what she is wearing.We have to admit, that is why we are drawn to her line, Hart. Yes, we love the pieces, but really we were enchanted by the person, Hart Hagerty, who designed them. She has a certain style, or ease of style, that that drew us to her.Raised in Charleston, Hart studied Chinese at Vanderbilt then moved to Shanghai to work as a fashion editor. This is where her line was launched back in 2013. She comes from a long line of artists and her free spirit and love of color translate into her jewelry pieces.Her signature Topknot earring style put her on the map and literally they now have a true cult following. It is also true that you add them to any outfit the are the perfect finishing touch no matter how dressy or casual your attire. Literally, you can wear them at the beach or a cocktail party.Now Hart has expanded her line to include her Double Dares and Shimmer collection, along with a new line of necklaces. Her gold-plated Lucky Coin collection is flying off the shelves of great boutiques like ours. They are the perfect gold pendant and at the perfect length. Most recently she launched the Love Collection, and we think these heart pendants make the perfect holiday gift.
