Mignonne Gavigan Trunk Show

Time to conclude our Fall Trunk Show series with a favorite, Mignonne Gavigan. We started carrying her line when we expanded our jewelry offerings. My love of Mignonne began when I opened an email and saw an array of colors of the Mini Madeline, their signature earring. It is the perfect earring, in my opinion. Its shape is flattering; it is dressy enough for evening but great for daytime as well. I even wear mine with my dressy sweatshirts – and after six months of the pandemic, who doesn’t have plenty of those? This piece is lightweight, which is actually a really big deal when it comes to earrings, and it comes in every color you can imagine. They update it every season with new colors and often add feathers or stones in case you want to expand your Mini Madeline collection.Another signature piece is their scarf necklace. Really this was the impetus for the line in 2014. They are all hand-beaded and embroidered and many are adorned in pearls and sequins. There is nothing else out there like it.  The fall collection takes inspiration from the outdoors and the American West, which we have all learned to appreciate more these days. Penelope and Madeline have both recently taken trips out west, and the rich colors of the landscape and scenic desert plains have me looking online to book a trip this spring. But since I won’t be getting there any time soon, I can just buy jewelry that makes me think of the scenery.The event starts Thursday, October 15th, and goes through Sunday, October 18th.
