New Year/ New You Event and Give Away
We all have things we want to work on; I mean aren’t we all a work in progress? Most of us can exercise more, eat better, and don’t even get me started with the cleaning out of the closets and cupboards. The new year, of course, is a time when we all start thinking about how we can improve in all these areas and many other.Katie and Megan, the co-owners of Mint Condition, and I have been trying to think of something fun to do together (you guessed it: we terribly miss Katie and want an excuse to have her back at the store, even for a night). I think we found the perfect way and the New Year and New Decade seemed like the perfect time! And once we had this big idea, we couldn’t stop with just the two of us…we wanted to make it even bigger.We came up with the New Year/New You Event and Give Away on Thursday, January 23, 6pm - 9pm at The Shoe Hive.Katie and Megan will be on hand to collet 10 consignment items per customer and set-up accounts for new clients of Mint Condition. It’s just the kick-start you need to begin that closet clean out you have been talking about over the holiday break.Mint Condition has partnered with Ali Helmuth of ALH style to do free pick-up and drop-off, so we thought, why not bring in a closet editing expert to help us get tips on how to best tackle your closet and start wearing what is in your wardrobe? Ali will be on hand for our event to give a talk from 7pm - 7:30pm on tips and tricks to make your closet work better for you!Maybe you have been looking to update your makeup? We will have that too! Angela of Bellacara will be there to show you their latest clean make-line: Westman Atelier.I haven’t even talked about the New Year/New You Give Away! We have almost $1000 in prizes to give to one lucky winner. All you have to do is stop in and register. I wish I could register for this one.
