Stocking Stuffers: For Those Who Weren’t Naughty!

If you're in charge of helping Santa with anyone's stockings this year,  it’s time (for some fun, but also) to get serious. A sock full of treasures is sincerely one of our favorite parts of Christmas. We try to fill them up with something sweet, something special, something useful, something fun, and something festive. There are no wrong answers, but that can be overwhelming! So we've pulled a few favorites to get you started.

Penny Post specializes in small treasures. Nearly everything we put in our Fountain Pen Gift Guide last week could fit in a stocking. We have an endless supply of wonderful things small enough to fit in a stocking. To save you some time, we've tasked our team to pick out some things they'd like to be gifted.

There seems to be a consensus that sweets are a requirement and Dreamy Chocolate Hippos are a great place to start. Beyond sugar, we've picked out a few keychains and wallets, a holiday candle, (never enough) chapstick, a precious book loaded with wonderful self-care advice delivered by a fashionable frog, stickers, a set of Limited Edition Blackwing pencils (that are perfect for crossword puzzle fans), a fancy fountain pen of which there are so many to choose from, and ornaments!

Over at Red Barn Mercantile, we have all the ornaments you could dream up, all of which would tuck into a stocking quite nicely. Additionally, we also have a variety of small treasures, holiday-themed and not.

The Big Ass Lump of Coal Soap and the Frothy the Beer Man Soap are a perfect example of something useful and festive that would perfectly pop into a stocking. Ditto for the Holiday Wagoneer Hat. There are also plenty of treats any sweet tooth would be delighted to find, including hot chocolate, caramelized graham crackers dipped in milk chocolate, marshmallows, fudge, and the most magical Sparkle Syrup

Probably our most useful stocking stuffer (besides the calming/soothing/moisturizing apothecary items) is this sleek little wireless charger. An absolute must for the person who is notorious for letting their battery get below 20%. You know who you are! We have one that charges two electronics at once which is perfect if you also need to get in on the charging action, but it’s also ideal for charging your phone and wireless earbuds side by side.

The moral of the story is don’t let stocking stuffers be an afterthought. They are special and exciting and there are so many sweet and thoughtful ways to load them up. And if you’re looking for stocking stuffers for little ones, don’t forget to check out our new sister shop, Pippin Toy Co. It’s an actual dream!
