Save the Date! It's the 15th Annual Alexandria Boutique Warehouse Sale

It is hard to believe it’s already that time of year, but it is once again the season of the annual Alexandria Boutique Warehouse Sale.It seems that once the holidays are over, folks begin asking at the store about this one-day event that has become an must-attend occasion for Alexandria shoppers. The discounts are as deep as 80 percent off and you’ll find everything from clothing and accessories to home goods, running shoes to children’s items.In keeping with tradition, we are holding the 15th annual Alexandria Boutique Warehouse Sale the first weekend in February. On Saturday, February 2, more than 25 stores will pack up their merchandise and move it to one common location for a one-day sale like no other. Held at The Westin in Alexandria, there are plenty of places to park in the Carlyle area, along with plenty of places to eat before or after you shop. I always encourage folks to make a day of it and head a few blocks down to Old Town after perusing the sale to explore all the great stores in Alexandria. Any store you like at the Warehouse Sale, you’ll love in their physical location.The doors open at 9am but folks start lining up early. There is no fee to attend and it is first come, first in for shoppers. In the early hours of the sale, you will find a line for a bit but we have pop-up classes from Mind the Mat, a braid bar from Salon DeZen, and other fun activities and giveaways to help pass the time. If you come later in the day, you likely won’t find a line. In years past people have been able to walk right in beginning around 11am and still find plenty of great deals.Mark your calendar, call your friends, and spend a Saturday in Old Town shopping the best deals of the year.
