Spring 2024 Trunk Shows at The Shoe Hive and The Hive

Last week, we announced our first-ever Freda Salvador Trunk Show. It made us realize, we haven’t shared any of our April events. Once again, the dates keep sneaking up on us!

We are happy to announce we have two other great events this April as well. And don’t worry, we have plenty of things we’re working on for May, too. Stay tuned for that list.

First things first: April. We kick it off for Freda as we mentioned above, and next up is Hunter Bell, then we wrap up the month with what is quickly becoming our most anticipated event of the season: the combined Ann Mashburn and Lizzie Fortunato Event.

Hunter Bell is the perfect event for spring because they are known for dresses. If you need a dress for a spring or summer occasion, this is an opportune time to shop. Ann Mashburn is sending lots of great dresses as well. Ann and the Fortunato sisters will also be in the store for some of the event. Details to come later, but mark your calendar for the Thursday night kick-off on April 25!

I spent the first part of my career as a copy-writer who helped elected officials brag about their support for entrepreneurs. Then I decided to get off the printed page and do it myself. The Shoe Hive made a splash on the fashion scene in Washington, and was named the region’s best shoe store in its first year. Fourteen years later, I have tripled the store’s size and also opened a sister store, The Hive.  At The Hive, we offer clothing lines that are sophisticated and approachable like Rag & Bone, Tibi, Raquel Allegra, Ulla Johnson and Veronica Beard. We have tried to fill our racks with clothing you will want to wear all the time, elevated basics that are worth the investment.
