Staff Summer Sale Picks

The summer sale continues at The Shoe Hive and The Hive. Many folks have been asking how long it will last, so I figure I might answer that question: until it is all gone! Even though some styles have a limited selection, we still have plenty of great items, and at prices you will love.I think sale time is a great time to pick up a new bag or some great earrings; things you might not be able to bring yourself to purchase when they are full price, but when marked down become justifiable on a price-per-wear basis.It is also true that even the folks who spend their days working at the stores (me included) have merchandise that once we mark down we feel compelled to finally snatch up. I think the thought of it ending up in someone else’s closet and not my own can send me into a panic!I asked some folks at both stores to pick the items left on our shelves that they love and have us all scratching our head as to why they remain.
