Patina’s Designer Tag Sale: Saturday, September 28

At market in High Point, we are usually in line very early to secure the best spot possible. Each vendor handles their event differently, but they usually hand out either stickers or a number specific to us to mark the items we want. It is either raining, cold or stinking hot depending on the time of year. We chit chat with the other designers/customers waiting and everything is very pleasant until the rubber meets the road, and the doors open. That’s part of the fun!

We will setup our upcoming Patina Tag Sale very much like High Point, and present everyone in line with a marking system for the items they wish to purchase. We recommend that everyone bring their own packing material, bags, bubble wrap, etc. This will be a credit card/check event only, no cash. This is a one-day sale.

There will be plenty of parking available and all the final details will be shared on Friday, September 27, the day before the sale. Please follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our weekly email at info@patinapolish.com  to receive news regarding the sale. Look for our Instagram post with a peek of the sale video.

The sale will include furniture, lighting, décor, bags, jewelry, art and more.

In the meantime, please be sure to visit Patina at 111 S. Columbus St. All our rooms have been refreshed with new furniture (reason for the tag sale) and reflects the season’s change as we head into fall and the holidays.

We can’t wait to see everyone!

Patina Polished Living was created 10 years ago by friends Amanda Mertins and Kimberly Weiler.

Amanda Mertins was born in Ohio and graduated the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics. She started moving and editing furniture and accessories while in grade school and hasn’t stopped since. She enjoys baking desserts and playing with her grandchildren.

Kim Weiler was born in Pennsylvania and graduated the University of the Arts with a degree in graphic design. Upon graduating, she was immediately hired by one of her professors at the Katz Wheeler Design firm. She loves design, gardening, sweet tea and all French bulldogs.

Amanda and Kim are excellent complements to one another-one could even say the Yin and Yang of design. Being very different people but with interconnected forces is the reason their partnership continues to flourish.
