Suits, Sets, & More: Veronica Beard Lookbook
We kicked off our Spring Trunk Show Series with AGL, the line we have carried the longest at The Shoe Hive – since 2003 to be exact. Now get ready for our second big event of spring: the Veronica Beard Trunk Show. This was the first line we carried at The Hive, since 2016 to be exact.
While we don’t have as long of a history with Veronica Beard, I can say with confidence: this line is the reason we are still in business. Since we opened our doors, it has been our number-one brand. They have been great partners of ours since the beginning by helping us host Trunk Shows, which is rare in the clothing business, especially since Covid. The ability for brands to send merchandise and allow special orders has dwindled over the years, but not at Veronica Beard. They still help us put on our biggest event of the year, send a representative from New York City, and send lots of great pieces that we don’t have in store all the time.
This spring it is all about suits and sets. My personal favorite of the event is the Bennet Best and Kami pant, with the Naira Dickey Jacket and the Royce Pant running in a close second. I am also excited about the return of the lady-like jacket this spring, and Veronica’s version is the Ceriani Knit Jacket. It’s great for work or with jeans.
Don’t worry, we will have lots of great dresses, and they always have the most flattering cuts. We will also have a customer favorite, the Coralee top in navy, sage, and lake blue. It isn’t the only tee we have. There will be lots of tanks, turtlenecks, and other easy options too. These easy tops can be paired with their denim; we have the Beverly, Leena, Taylor, and Ryleigh in stock to try. You are sure to find a fit that works for you, and we can order other colors if you find one you love.
Did I mention the Asmara Sweater? It is another must-have for me. I’m hoping it is still there when the trunk show is over so I can take it home with me.
