Sarah Akram Skincare has been a skincare staple for many Alexandria Stylebook readers over the years. From magical anti-aging facials, to gorgeous all-natural lash extensions, we have been helping women look and feel their best since 2015. So, we’re excited to share some of the changes that have come to this chic skincare boutique in 2019.

A Big New Space

I wanted to expand my Old Town boutique and was excited to find a gorgeous historic building just a few blocks away from the original location in Old Town. Last year, we renovated the 250-year-old building, which is more than double the size of our previous location. The result is modern, while still honoring the historic bones of the building.The new space is still just as chic as the last location, with an elegant mix of French glamour and clean, modern, therapeutic décor. A beautiful space with crisp white walls, warm pink pastels, gold accessories, and gorgeous chandeliers, the luxurious space has the ability to make you feel as though you’ve been transported to Paris.

Candice, Emilee, Sarah & Adiam

New Estheticians

In addition to building out a beautiful new space, we've expanded our staff of expert estheticians to treat clients.Adiam, who hails from Sweden, focuses on clean beauty. She believes that healthy skin starts with a healthy gut, and takes a holistic approach to skincare. Don’t be surprised if Adiam talks to you about making changes to your diet to help improve your skin.Emilee specializes in soothing skin and managing acne, helping to make her clients feel more confident in their own skin. Emilee takes great pride in helping those with acne and breakouts, as she herself had struggled with acne for many years.Candice has an efficient, realistic approach to skincare for women who are on the move, finding ways to make taking care of your skin simple and quick. She is great at finding solutions for busy moms and career women to help them look and feel their best.Lissette has an eye for precision and is knowledgeable about all of the best natural beauty products on the market today. She can put together customized skincare plans for her clients, and offers brow sculpting and makeup application.No matter which esthetician you choose, you can’t go wrong! All the women who work at Sarah Akram Skincare are well trained and incredibly talented to ensure that you will leave looking — and feeling — younger and more confident.

New Treatment Menu

With a new and improved location comes a new and improved treatment menu. While the Sarah Akram menu has a variety of treatment options for all skin types and needs, here are a few new offerings we'd like to highlight:

LED Lift & Sculpt

This treatment is often described as a non-surgical facelift because of its ability to tone, lift, and firm facial muscles, leaving your skin with a youthful glow. It’s also a very popular treatment with celebrities, having been the treatment of choice for Victoria’s Secret models before the runway show, and a popular treatment for stars to get before attending awards shows.

SA Luxury Treatment

This treatment involves a customized blend of technology and technique for anti-aging, rehydration, and rejuvenation. This 90-minute treatment includes a dermabrasion peel with oxygen, Sonophoresis, Microcurrent, LED therapy, and custom Sarah Akram techniques that will reduce wrinkles, strengthen tired muscles, and lift the skin back into its youthful shape. This single treatment will leave your skin feeling firmer and tighter, and looking more radiant than ever.

Sexyback

The skin on your face isn’t the only part of your body that needs some conditioning from time to time. The Sexyback treatment helps to tone and cleanse the skin on your back and shoulders with extractions, LED therapy, and a custom mask to accelerate the healing of imperfections. It’s the perfect treatment for summer!
